At KALK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original KALK packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
